Knight of Wands Imagery
The Knight of Wands is mounted on a black horse on hind legs. The thrust and energy from the movement is impressive. His wand is aflame and his actions speak soundly.

Knight of Wands Interpretations
If the world were perfect the Knight of Wands could easily be the most powerful court card. Unfortunately that’s not the case. The idea is that the Knight of Wands has enough force to drive himself to any goal considering that he has control and awareness. Most Knights however, like all wand court cards, are more on the careless side. They’d rather act than plan. The Knight of Wands carries matured and powerful energy and yet still retains bigoted qualities all wand court cards appear to have. Other than this, the Knight of wands is a visionary, a seer, and most definitely a leader. He is intuitive in many ways though he most likely doesn’t know it or is unable to control it fully.
“He is active, generous, fierce, sudden, impetuous. If ill dignified, he is evil-minded, cruel bigoted, brutal.” 6
“Represents the fiery part of fire. A man with the qualities of activity, generosity, impetuosity, pride and swiftness. Ill-dignified: Evil-minded, cruel, bigoted and brutal man.” 5
“Fiery part of Fire. This card represents a warrior in complete armour on a black horse.” 5
“This is the purely male creative force in fire or spirit.” 5
Axank’s Dream Recall
February 12-13, 2014
A childhood friend I resent immensely was at church. He was explaining to us that he had been re-baptized and renounced his commitment to the church and religion. He said he had things under control and he testified how things in his life were much better.
In real life this person is just crazy. I can’t respect him. But in this dream he was so collected and I really could tell that he had control—I feel that he represented the Knight in the most harmonious sense, that because he was able to accept and move forward he had great power because of it.
